EAM Consulting helps businesses to improve the value they get from their investment in training by ensuring that their training is properly focused on the business needs and the changes in performance required to achieve those needs. We do this through a diagnostic process that produces clear statements of the business, performance and learning objectives for the training thereby ensuring that it is aligned with the business objectives and so greatly increasing the chances of a positive return on the investment in the training.
EAM Consulting also delivers workshops on how to plan projects in such a way that it will be possible to measure the impact of the training.
EAM Consulting has considerable experience of designing assessments. This has ranged from determining the most appropriate question types for knowledge assessment through to the full assessment process for the Later Life Adviser Accreditation which was originally set up by the Financial Services Skills Council (now the Financial Skills Partnership) and is now run by the Society for Later life Advisers.
“Nick has made a key contribution to the work of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) as its lead auditor. Following the pilot for the Later Life Adviser Accreditation in 2007 he helped with ongoing revisions to the accreditation process and designed and delivered the initial training for additional auditors. Since the inception of SOLLA in 2008 Nick has continued to help with the evolution of the online accreditation processes and is both reliable and professional in his approach.”
