EAM consulting has extensive experience of a wide range of training and development projects, working with advisers, managers and compliance staff. The projects have included: the development and implementation of T&C arrangements appropriate to differing circumstances including life offices and investment banks; the back office and contact centres; heading working groups on T&C; and undertaking mock FSA inspection visits.

Nick Smith, Director EAM Consulting, was a member of the Steering Group for the FSSC T&C Guidance project and the working groups for the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for both the T&C and the Compliance Standards projects.

EAM Consulting has facilitated discussion groups on training and competence related issues and the Retail Distribution Project (RDR) initiated by the FSA.
