Nick is passionate about helping businesses ensure that they get the best value from their investment in learning and development. He enjoys taking the holistic view and identifying likely areas of concern, investigating these and reporting objectively on real issues found then proposing pragmatic effective ways to address them. He likes to feel that he has enabled a change for the better rather than just taking a snapshot of the situation.
Nick has over 30 years’ experience of working as a trainer and assessor which enable him to provide a keen focus on the application and implementation of what is to be learned.
Evaluating the business need is the starting point for successful training outcomes for both the trainee and the business paying for the training.
Nick set up EAM Consulting Ltd in September 2009 to focus on the application of the ROI Methodology to measure the impact of learning & development activity. He also provides consultancy on the design of competency based technical training.
